Returns Policy

We’ve partnered with Redo to provide a simple, self-service returns and exchanges experience.

If your item isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal powered by Redo. This system allows you to quickly locate your order, select a return or exchange option, and follow step-by-step instructions without contacting customer support.

Free Returns & Exchanges (Checkout+ Eligible Orders)

Eligible orders that include Checkout+ qualify for free returns and exchanges, with no additional handling or restocking fees.

All returns and exchanges are subject to our eligibility requirements. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition unless otherwise stated.

Please Note:

  • Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements will not be accepted.

  • All band collaboration merchandise is final sale and excluded from returns and exchanges.

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing times may vary based on the return or exchange option selected.

Shipping & Protection Policy

We offer Checkout+ Package Protection on eligible orders to provide added peace of mind during transit.

Package Protection (Shipping Insurance)

Checkout+ protects eligible orders in the event they are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your package experiences an issue, it must be reported within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date to qualify for coverage. Claims submitted within this window will be reviewed and resolved according to the terms of the protection program.

Package Protection applies only to eligible orders and does not cover issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    Additional Information

    Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

    Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact info@theprettycult.com immediately with your order number. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

    If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment charges. Orders returned for this reason are not eligible for cancellation.

    Order cancellations are not accepted.
